Our experience at Sonesta Philadelphia Rittenhouse Square was exceptional! The rooftop pool was a hit with my kids, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location made exploring nearby attractions like Reading Terminal Market a breeze. Highly recommend for families!

The room had a decent layout, although the bathroom felt cramped. Temperature control was efficient, ensuring a comfortable stay. Noise levels were manageable, allowing for restful nights. The bed provided adequate support but lacked extra pillows. The leaking refrigerator was a hassle, and maintenance confirmed it needed replacement. No instructions were given at check-in regarding elevator access, which led to confusion. Basic amenities like the coffee maker didn’t work, and no channel guide was available. The pool’s outdoor location limits usability in winter, and parking was chaotic despite the high fees. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout.

the place was clean with a unique design and wonderfully helpful staff. last time we stopped we had a trendy, decent size room with 2 large very comfy beds. the restaurant was wonderful which would have been really appreciated for the breakfast or dinner and for every budget.

The location was fantastic, close to all the exciting areas! Loved the open-air swimming pool on the roof, and the gym was handy. The staff were brilliant and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. Great shopping spots like Rittenberg and must-visit places such as City Hall and Reading Terminal Market just a short walk away.

Construction noise from 9:00 am was bothersome, disturbing our mornings. The coffee machine in the room was impractical;

The heating and air conditioning in the room worked well, keeping me comfortable regardless of the weather outside. I appreciated having tea and coffee facilities in the room, perfect for starting my day with a hot cup of coffee. The sitting area in the room provided a cozy spot to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city. the lack of garden furniture was a bit disappointing as I enjoy sitting outside when the weather is nice. The room was equipped with free toiletries which was a nice touch, although I did find the selection a bit limited. The am/fm alarm clock was useful for waking up in the mornings, and the direct dial telephone made it easy to contact the front desk when needed. The flat-screen TV provided entertainment, but I did find the channel options to be somewhat limited. The carpeted floor in the room was comfortable, although it did seem a bit outdated. Valet parking was available, but I found the $51 per night charge to be quite steep. A welcome drink upon arrival would have been a nice touch to start the stay on a positive note.

Although the Sonesta Philadelphia Rittenhouse Square had some maintenance issues and surprise charges, the staff was friendly, the location was convenient for exploring, and the bed was cozy. The $10 daily credit at ART bar was a nice touch. I would consider staying again for the location and pet-friendly policy.
